30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to register a return. This includes, and goes beyond, the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies in the European Union.

How to register a return
Email us at info@themossi.eu with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply within 1 business day with a return label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have received our instructions. Return address: EA Cosmetics, Binckhorstlaan 36, CO 62, 2516 BE The Hague, The Netherlands.

Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened or used cosmetics, unless the product is faulty. Sets and kits must be returned complete. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of receiving it) with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show the refund. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after our confirmation, contact us at info@themossi.eu.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to return the item and place a new order.

Not returnable
Gift cards, and products that have been opened or used (unless faulty).

EU right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window covers this right; the conditions above apply.
